  Mining+ is a networking platform for the mining  & metals ecosystem which all suppliers, service providers, freelancers, end users, and mining companies can apply to connect and collaborate.

 

  1-User Agreement
By accessing or using the Mining+ platform, all users, including suppliers, service providers, freelancers, and mining companies, are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this user agreement. The agreement is designed to govern the rights and responsibilities of all parties engaging with the platform.

 2- Registration
To become a registered user of Mining+, individuals must provide accurate and current information as requested during the registration process. It is imperative for users to validate the correctness of the data provided and complete all necessary steps to finalize their registration successfully.

 3-User Responsibilities
Users are tasked with the responsibility of maintaining the correctness of their information on the platform and upholding the security of their accounts. Adherence to the platform's standards, which encompass guidelines pertaining to appropriate behavior and content usage, is essential for all users.

 4-Intellectual Property
Any content that users upload to the Mining+ platform remains their intellectual property. By sharing content on the platform, users grant Mining+ a license to utilize the content for platform-related purposes. It is the users' obligation to ensure they possess the requisite rights to upload and distribute the content on Mining+.

 5-Payments and Fees
Users of Mining+ are in agreement with the payment conditions established by the platform for the services rendered. This encompasses fees associated with transactions, subscriptions, or additional services. Users are responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to their usage of the platform.

 6-Privacy Policy
The privacy policy of Mining+ delineates the collection, storage, and utilization of user data on the platform. Mining+ is dedicated to safeguarding user privacy and adhering to data protection statutes and guidelines.   7-Prohibited Activities
